Im a qualified massage therapist with over 10 years of experience, having first qualified in 2012.

I have worked in a spa environment and private practice, and I now provide tailored massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and ASMR Scratch Therapy from my treatment room in Kettering.

My aim is simple — to provide a professional, personalised treatment where you feel comfortable, listened to and well cared for.

I’m continually developing my knowledge and skills so that I can offer treatments that are safe, appropriate and tailored to each individual.

No two people are the same, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all treatment.

For massage, I can incorporate techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, adjusting the pressure and focus according to what you need.

MLD is very different, using gentle, slow and rhythmic movements to support the lymphatic system.

I also offer ASMR Scratch Therapy, a relaxing treatment designed to provide a calming sensory experience.

Whether you’re looking for help with muscle tension, a more relaxing treatment, the gentle approach of MLD, or the unique sensory experience of ASMR, we’ll discuss your needs and tailor your treatment accordingly.

I believe honesty and integrity are important. I’ll always be honest about what I can and can’t help with, and if I feel another professional would be more appropriate, I’ll tell you.

I also want you to feel comfortable during your treatment. Some clients like to chat, others prefer to relax quietly — either is absolutely fine.

To ensure I can give each client my full attention, I leave time between appointments and limit the number of treatments I provide each day.
