ASMR
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is a relaxing sensation that some people experience in response to specific auditory or tactile stimuli. It’s often described as a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and spine, usually triggered by gentle touch or light scratching.
General MLD
This is a gentle, rhythmic treatment using light, precise movements to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid. It can be beneficial for supporting lymphatic drainage, reducing swelling and fluid retention, or simply promoting relaxation and general well-being.
Pre & Post-Op MLD
This is a gentle treatment designed to support the body before and after surgery. It can help reduce post-operative swelling and fluid build-up, support the body’s natural healing process and promote comfort and recovery. Treatment is adapted to your individual needs and stage of recovery.
